The long-awaited “Twenty Twelve” theme`s release will probably be available with WordPress 3.5(it was expected to be released with Version 3.4). As far as the rumour goes the reason for the delay isn`t announced. If you`re interested about how the progress is going you can always check their GitHub repo(We will for sure).
